Introducing Journalling for Wellbeing

This workshop “Introducing Journaling for Wellbeing” is an opportunity to find out the latest great ideas about keeping a journal and the positive benefits it can provide.

From expressing yourself creatively, to dumping all your worries writing down your ideas down really helps. I’ll show you how you can appreciate what you have and plan for the future you want using the values that are most important to you.

The workshop will provide you with your own journal and is set in an outstanding natural beauty spot. You will use nature and creativity to express yourself in a personal and relaxing atmosphere.

The course is led by Kerry Wilkinson a positive psychology coach with over 4 years experience working with clients.

Class is £20 and includes Journaling notebook, use of stationary, tea, coffee and cake.
